Overview

Sanctuary On The Square is an adaptive residential re-use of a Landmarked church located in the Palmer Square area of the Logan Square neighborhood. It is located just a block away from Palmer Square Blvd, situated on a desirable low traffic side street. It is located just two blocks from the Blue Line at California Ave and a half mile from The 606/Bloomingdale Trail access point at Humboldt Blvd.

The building is comprised of 10 units: 6 duplex units and 4 simplex units. The first and second floor of the building are made up of 6 duplex units – 3 on both the east and west sides of the existing church structure. The 3rd floor consists of 4 simplex units, 2 on both the east and west sides of the existing structure. The building has elevator access to all floors.
